About Me

Hi! I'm Erin. I'm a young homeschooling mom of 3, and wife to a hard working Corporal with the local Sheriff's Department. We live on about 13 acres in northeast Georgia and have chickens, 2 cats, a dog, and a pot-bellied pig. I have a small crochet shop on Etsy called Pink Alligator and I write this blog!


Mommy Octopus was started at the end of January 2010. I have been couponing for about a year and have been sharing the deals with friends. Instead of sending out emails to all my friends, I started this blog so they could find all the deals in one place. I focus mainly on deals in the Athens, Georgia area.
